Nail 'em up I say, Nail 'em up!!

I think you have to have had a really nasty dent happen to you to appreciate this thread the most.

I am now the proud owner of an '04 S2000 that up until 4 weeks ago was immaculate and now has....

1 x scratch on drivers door
1 x 2 foot long dent down the bottom of the passengers door leading onto the bottom rear quarter panel
1 x HUGE scuff on the drivers side rear bumper (about 8 inches and ha taken the full layers of paint off to reveal the black bumper underneath)
1 x scratch on passenger door

ALL from parking my car and returning to find some complete a*hole had decided to destroy my property through their COMPLETE incompetence!

So, "here here" to you all that try to park your cars as far away as possible, use 2 spaces or use P&C spaces!! (I draw the line at using disabled spaces tho - that is a little bit harsh if some poor bugger really needs it - however is fair enough if there are 10 spaces free etc)

It just made me feel like selling the S and travelling about in a beater for the rest of my life (well, it did for about half an hour till I drove the S again and realised the other reasons i'd bought it other than the looks!). You just can't have anything nice in this world... now why should I let people make me feel like that and not want to retaliate?....

NO - How do you know tenb disabled cars won't turn up in the time you are in the shop - plus there are doubtless plenty of people who retaliate to people parking their fancy sportscars in disabled bays without the correct badge.....

RichieH - your idea is the best - follow them with phone clamped to your ear!

Bingo it amuses me to see how quick you are to say "no" and to tell people they are wrong!

I didn't know you were the authority on the world's opinions!

My wife took my S2000 out yesterday - and came back with a dent and scratches to the passenger door, right in the middle from another cars door....

Great - especially as I am probably selling it on Thursday!!! It the second car we've had dented in as many months - people just don't care at all......
