How does the spec of your car compare to these two?

The motion ratio on a Civic is largely differnt front to rear due to the chassis platform. It's common for them to be that different and in proper race car setups generally people will go for 16k/g fr 24k/g rear. Nitron actually supply there EP3 suspension with those rates i believe.

In terms of tyres i think we'll be going to a 17x9 front and 17x8 rear with 245 and 215 tyres but we need to do some testing with that setup soon. This car is now being taken apart and re shelled in a seam welded EP3 shell with full FIA cage that we've fitted to it. We'll also be adding alot more sphericals in place of bushes and around 40 more bhp NA aswell as a shorter FD.

Lovegroova - Similar spec to the red one apart from him having around 80bhp more and 80ftlb of torque over me.

I can however lap at a very similar pace to the red one as i am now. My video from Donington isn't the best due to noise issues and the fact i came off down craners set me back for a little till i got back up to speed. I think realistically my car now can do 1:52/53's round Donington GP if i drove it like a qualifying lap.

Some serious mods there!

Just had a quick glance at timings, and this is completly non competetive, I just like to see where I / others are given I get stick for apparently being slow The pace of yours looks the same as mine from 1:12 seconds to 2:23 in your vid, compared to 0:18 to 1:29 in mine, or both at 1:11 for that section (from pit exit to the end of that building before Goddards)

Amazing how flat craners look in your vid with the camera low down, where as my in car one it looks pretty steep.

Good news for you, I was lapping Cadwell (on road tyres) about 3-4 seconds quicker than they were on that day.

Roof down, stereo off.

Apparently one of them asked if I had a supercharger fitted. I kid you not (never mind that Dan Hale was lapping at the same pace as me in a completely stock car).

I got similar confused comments on the S at Donny from a couple of Exige guys, asking if it was running full slicks (I got past a good few of them)
