Default evo mag 'Top 100' poll

Don't usually link to online polls, as they can be a bit sad, but this is an exception. Go to this link, then select your favourite 10 from their top-100. Most voted-for 10 go through to their 100th issue all-time group-test. And one entrant will be invited to join the team on the test!

Sadly the S2000 doesn't make it. But the ITR and the NSX-R do. And they're both rare enough that if it's public votes they're unlikely to make the cut...so I feel we maybe need to show our support. I voted for some more unusual but still exceptional machinery - original Mini, Caterham Superlight, E30 M3, P1, F40, and a couple of others I've forgotten...essentially anything that wasn't a Porsche, Lotus, TVR or current hot-hatch!

If you didn't vote for a Porsche, you won't win the prize.

Can't see them getting a Bugatti Veyron to hoon around on a b-road with a load of supercars and hot hatches, so I wonder if the results will be "massaged" to fit what they can actually get hold of for the day.

Strange that the Elise 135 was voted in to the top 100 and not the 111S/R. Surely they'd have been better just keeping it Elise S1 and Elise S2...

I am afraid with that choice, there is no way I would vote for the NSX as there are too many more desirable cars. Not a big fan of the Integra either.

I voted for:
1) 993 Turbo
2) 288 GTO
3) Audi UR Quattro
4) F40
5) McLaren F1
6) Miura
7) Veyron
8) F50
9) Lancia Delta Integrale
10) BMW M3 (E30)

Any poll that includes the MX5, MR2 and Boxter but no S2000 is slightly flawed in my opinion.

And I am not just saying that as a S2000 owner.

They should have split the voting into catagories, the way they did with the choices.
