F1: Monaco
That's true I suppose. Perhaps unless they are recent, the drivers titles are only memorable if they were particularly dominant, the title was hard fought, or it was a big name driver.
Whereas with a constructor title, it's easy to remember the form a team had in a given year, making it easier to recall which team won?

For the public, this may be true.
In the industry, it's the opposite.
As I alluded to in my post in 'How to make F1 more of a spectacle' - the industry really doesn't care about whether you remember them or not. The money doesn't come from the public.

it's an old test, but can you name the five F1/GP drivers with a first or second name matching a Scottish town/city?
clue - there used to be four until recently.....

#5 Lewis (Hamilton) ??? I think - not sure as this refers to an Isle, not a town / city.

Here's the four (highlight the rest of the line: Stirling (Moss), (Johnny) Dumfries, (Eddie) Irvine, and Ayr town centre (Ayrton Senna).
