Default Fuel Cards

Anyone work for a company that has an international fuel card?

We've got a job starting over in Sweden early next year and Arval don't do an international one and I'm struggling to find one without a minimum spend on it.

I'm only sending 4 vehicles so the spend won't be huge and I don't particularly want to pin them down to just one garage ie BP, Shell.

Most won't be unless specified. Was surprised that Arval, who we use for UK fuel didn't do an international one.

Having spent the afternoon looking, it would appear that I am going to have to pin them down to Shell as that's the nearest to the site.

Why not give them one co credit card, they can use it every where for all sorts of goodies, this bears on another thread.

But i do presume the people you send on such a jolly will be trust worthy! you could monitor its use and could also cover emergencies

Unfortunately they aren't all staff, some are labourers and its not appropriate to give them a credit card.

Tell the fuel company if they want to retain your UK business they need to provide a short term facility for this job.

They don't have the facility in place at all.

Gone to Shell as no minimum spend and there is a Shell garage right next to the site and lots in the immediate area.
