Got back from this on sunday, i have to say it was an absolute hoot.
No silly driving, just amazing roads, fantastic scenery and a great bunch of guys.

really well organised, by a couple of pure car/driving enthusiasts.
we made friends everywhere we went.

Where did the tour take you, I'm sure I recognize that tunnel.

 

thats the laerdal tunnel 26.5 km long
the longest tunnel in the world.

it has 3 large caverns (in blue) to break up the journey
we managed to get 20 cars parked around the cavern........

 

Looks good, thought about doing this last year, hadn't heard anything about this years event. What was the itinerary this year ??

 

there are two events this year,

the viking tour and the alpine tour. i'm doing both.
the next one starts on saturday

Is it still Gareth(?) that organises these? I met a guy in an Elise in Bromley one night about a year ago, the car was all stickered up. He gave me a flyer for that years event, I was gonna go but couldn't get the time off work.

there's more to it than the tours, we have a night at the Ace cafe every month and a few other car related events too.
