Not yet I don't thuink Wrumbled, but it has been muted a lot in the press so I could well be wrong.

There was something on the telly last week about the increasing amount of motorists ignoring the mobile 'phone ban. They said that the offence currently results in a fine only, but from next year (I can't remember the date - maybe April) it will also result in 3 points.

I have to say, it really annoys me when I see drivers using hand-held mobiles whilst driving, particulalry when they are too busy chatting/pressing buttons to concentrate on driving and swerve aimlessly across the road towards me (twice in the last week).
