Default Head turner...

My mate has 23 window camper van and i saw it for the 1st time today! OMG its awesome and we went out for a cruise and i have never seen so many people looking at us! A serious head turner where ever we drove! Everyone just smiling at us! And the girls seemed to love it as well!

Sounds nice with the Porsche air cooled engine in as well! The photo doesnt do the colour justice though.

Does look well! Bit of a fad though. I'm sure in the South West that having one of these would guarantee you a shag and you'd look the bees knees at the beach/park. Feel sorry for the genuine VW guys, although not that sorry because i'm sure they're milking the revenue coming from redoing/importing/selling these things!

My Dad use to have one of these - in beige! Bit of a rust bucket but absolutely fantastic for us kids to mess around in.

Weird timing.

We've been talking about moving tonight.

Inspired by a few threads on here, I've suggested we need a double garage so I can buy a car to restore.

I was initially thinking Beetle... but we also discussed a camper too.

Button has one but I don't think it's got a Porsche turbo under the floor.
