Heads up. . .
To summarise, Plato was as annoying as ever, and trying to drive at 200mph on a public 2-lane dual carriageway is stupid IMO, especially with one hand on the wheel.
The Focus crash was a decent and informative piece of TV. The Panda vs Fezza 360 was a bit pointless, and Spiderman just looked very embarrassed.
Kia C'eed was reasonably entertaining, although the diesel engine made it somewhat unstealthy!
R8 gives me a big Meh? Those LEDs are so chav...
Hit and miss, as usual.

I thought it was quite good actually. They've dropped that c0ck from soccer AM, they will no doubt take some shit for driving at nearly 200mph on a public highway (which I respect, given today's PC climate), and Tiff gave an R8 a proper seeing too. There were times when I was convinced the thing was going to spin, but he managed to have it dancing about like a madman.
The fat hairy one is still in it though, and VBH is looking more like James Hunt by the day.

Plato still a cock - 200mph stunt on roads that busy was stupid, there is a difference between being un-PC (which I applaud) and being a cock trying to drive at a speed differential of > 100mph on any road, even an Autobahn.
Ferrari vs Punto - meh.
R8 - regardless of what you think of the car, this was a decent review - Tiffany Noodle actually drove the car as the rest of the world do (through town and on normal roads) before he hooned it, so we got a better overall impression of the car.
Cee'd - meh.
Focus crash - well they gave the impression that all Cat D's are death traps, which is untrue and unfair to those people who quite openly state their cars were total losses but have been repaired correctly. Nothing was said about how you can quite easily repair a cat D and have it as good as it was before the loss, depending on what damage the car suffered. Scaremongering and unbalanced reporting.
Overall - no better or worse than usual apart from losing the football moron.
What colour are indicators again?

The Focus crash thing was a good point I thought. Yes many cat-Ds are fine, however the public are quite ignorant, many sell their cat-Ds saying "minor" damage but a cat-D is an economical WRITE off. Now on some cars the damage is minor (old cars) and some are fixed well etc. The damage will be considerable on any newish car, never minor that's for sure (yes there are exceptions,
but these are rare ) However, the article made a good point that: A-make sure the cars are checked out properly, it may look "right" but what lurks underneath? and B-MOT's are often work jack-all (I would have liked to see if the MOT stations that passed the car were reprimanded - maybe behind the scenes they are?), you still need to check over the car.
Yes, some people will now say No full stop to a catD car (these are the sort that probably wouldn't check it out properly anyway so the consumer is protected). The others that are still interested in a 'bargain' will just check them out better, also a good thing. The only losers will be people selling dodgy crap repaired cars.
