A driver is facing a fine of up to £2500 and 3 points on her licence for deliberately splashing some school kids by driving through a big puddle.

it's a max of £2500 - can't imagine it will be more than £100 when it comes to court

unless of course, she has a good job, nice house and a real stake in society.......

but how about £1000 for failing to recycle correctly?

we will all be criminals at this rate

Are the mods playing some perverse game of hide and seek with this thread?

Obviously it is wrong but why the hell would you stand right next to a puddle of that size. All thats needed is common sense. Just stand 5 feet away from the bus stop.

They were asking for it even from someone not doing it intentionally.

£2,500 isn't a big enough fine for being a You TUBE!! spacktard. If they fined every Warhol-sucker on there, Moneygeddion would be rapidly fixed and broadband speeds would improve makedly.

Funny how there's always a quote of plod stating the f uckin' ovious, yet providing absolutely no useful information at all. It'd take 'em 100 words of dour misery to say "never run with scissors".

Even when driving through big puddles fast (kids in the car love it, including myself) it's not necessary to splash bystanders or to plough into them or whatever; it's called judgement and car control.
