Apparently I've had a letter from dealership B suggesting Mazda have asked them to take the money off the next service if I have it with them.

Theft is an arrestable offence and failing to do so would be neglect of duty. Perhaps you should shove your head up your backside and share your ill informed opinions with something closer to your IQ

Bearing in mind they have made you an offer at all is an admission of fault/guilt.
