My Golf goes next Saturday, so I will be picking up one of these babies:



I am torn between the 1.2 'Active' version and the 1.3 Multijet.

Not sure on the colour either....any suggestions?


The interior is pretty bland but it is a cheap motor, simple but functional.



I'm pretty sure, in the right gear, with a drop of Redline, it could upset the odd S.

Its a good price. Free insurance as well.

The 500 comes out this summer. With the 100 BHP version shortly after, maybe badged as an Abarth.

 

It will hurt Mini sales I expect. Looks good and should drive well if the Panda 100 is anything to go by.
