Did you see Melandri coming through the last corner smoking it one handed...
That was fantastic.

I kept rewinding it and watching again very

Great finish for VR.

Nicky was very lucky, saved by the weather.

I had to avoid this thread all day yesterday as I hadn't had a chance to watch the race

So how long does it take to learn that?!
About an hour mate.

Once you've got your new bike I'll teach you.

On your bike, because I don't want to wreck mine

The guy who owns the Harley dealership in Southampton could(Dock gate 22 ? )

A year or 2 ago he put down a 10k bet for anyone who thought they could beat him on a lap of Brands riding their Jap superbike whilst he rode a Harley.

It was heavily conditioned , but still brave .

Start on cold tyres ,
the rider must not have held a race licence
Must be a road bike

I dont remember him getting any takers , although the 10k on the table would have put off a few likely candidates

I know his racing record

The guy once qualified front row as a wildcard entry in the 500 GP at Silverstone some years back .

I deleted my Sky+ live recording but I'm recording it again this afternoon. I'll see if I can knock something up ...

Struggle to believe that a serious biker would be into Harleys, btw. Aren't they about as low tech and low performance as it's possible to get? Always thought they were just for posers or Yanks ...

Okay guys and gals, here's the clip of the last corner ...

Apologies for the crap quality. I had to play it back through my PCI TV card and capture it that way. It also highlights the stuttering sound problems I'm occasionally experiencing with my Sky+ setup. Any suggestions appreciated ...
