i am waiting for somebody to mention the r26r migrane shopping hatch sport.
FWIW it's quicker on track than the R26.R according to Evo.

Chris.

But it's £10k more expensive.

The only reason you'd buy one is with the hope that it'll beat depreciation somewhat.

I really love Honda and the Civic, but when are they going to realise that the Torsion Beam is a backwards step?

sounds to me like an S engine transplant, a trip to CG and some recaro's would have the vanilla CTR 99% close to this! and no doubt at a cheaper price too

I see that the car changes - it sports MU 03 GEN as its reg for most of it but towards the end of the segment before he gets out of it - it becomes a 57 plate ... :-)

That would be impossible though!

But the standard CTR engine is capable of 240 with some supporting mods (FD2)

Sounds amazing though - but I couldn't handle that bolt on rear spoiler (and that's coming from an Evo driver!)

You can get a K20 upto 240 by ECU tuning alone (well, the JDM version anyway).

UK variants have a multitude of differences including compression and cam profile, not to mention engine map. Still, K-Pros yield 30bhp with IHE mods. The EP3 manifold, like that of the UK DC2 manifold, is shockingly sh1te

And as for the old K20/F20C comparisons - they are made by Honda and are 2 litre 4 pots. The F20C is superior.

As for aesthetics, I like the rear spoiler - it's very 'Type-R' ish

Not to disagree twice in one day Ron () but my personal view is that the K20A pips the F20C.

The Ivtec is very very resposive and torquey, and also seems to be a lot more robust from what I can see.

The spoiler, it could do with, just not a bolted on Evo one - it's a hatchback!

Spoon use bits from the F20C in their K20A but details are sketchy.

RX57WME no less.

Neither that or MU03GEN appeared in a search I've just done
