Default my ek9 on track

ok so after its 2nd nurburgring trip of the year and no problems I decided to take the ek9 round bedford autodrome, great track think my turbo zr would be king there though as the straights are so long.

took my dad with me in his 300zx, he didnt want to take it on track though lol

all cars had to have a strick sound test and mine was way over at 105db at half revs so had to fit my exhaust bung in and even then it was on the very limit of being kicked off track.

few pics in the pit garges before kick off

The track

The other cars

was a shame it rained and stayed wet for most of the morning but still had great fun as the ek9s lsd really helps with putting the little torque it does have down lol.

me/dad on track

wanted to make brands hatch on the 5th of november but cant get the day off, looks like ill have to wait till next year for some dry lap action if I havent swapped it for a S2000 by then lol

Was this last Saturday? There were a few S2000s there if it was, there's a topic in the meetings bit.

I like Bedford, can't wait to go again.

I'm considering Brands on the 1st or 16th december but will be depending on the weather of course.

First time I've seen the words EK9 and torque appear in one sentence.

Looks great fun & Bedford is a nice circuit. Those S bends before the long straight check whether one is getting fatigued, or not!

I have to say, that your EK9 does look rather clean. No shopping list down the side, simple toe eyes front and back, buckets with harnesses and some braces

Also it's nice to see someone in an Aston out on track. Although it's probably not the perfect track day car, it's nice to see something expensive doing some laps.
