The new mondeo estate (well the outgoing one now) is a cracker. I drove an ST recently and was genuinely impressed with the interior, handling, and poke.

Focus estate or Vauxhall Signum.
Both unloved hence cheap, cheap to run, insure and cheap parts. Perfect.

Good point I didn't realise the Focus is holding it's money so well and mine is really low mileage now compared to most of them for sale. Signums bearing up better as well.
