thanks matey,

I know it's a bit weird posting about your new car on a forum you are "leaving", but I think this is a website I will always lurk - it's good banter to read, and full of information not just specific to Honda.

Like it.

You have put it into words what I have just realised that I don't like about them, the 'crappy Vauxhall V at the front'. Interested to hear suggestions of what to do about that.

punch f**k out of the brakes and they'll heat up and work properly. that's if they have the same setup as the 111r, which is brembo's on the back and ap racing up front.

Very interesting choice of next car. Seems most people flog the S and either go for a smaller more stripped out car or a fatty lard arse Porka. Glad to see you made the better choice.

I've always liked the angled looks of the VX220, and despite it being "only a Vauxhall" (in some peoples eyes) I'd happily own one. Sure it's based on a Lotus, but how could that ever be a bad thing

Also it's nice to hear someone being honest about the cars good AND bad points so soon after purchase

Enjoy your new car Jamie.
