Default New CRV

Thinking of a new CRV to replace the Galaxy. They seem well appointed and having a test drive this weekend in a diesel EX.

Has anyone driven one, got any feedback etc? In Whatcar this week the Freelander came out top, but reliability mustbe a big factor.

Paul.

My wife has the previous model CRV - great car and like all hondas it seems to be bullett proof.

Hers is a petrol but I have heard that the Honda diesel is great.

There's a rumour going around that LR/Jaguar may be joining MG-Roewe in a new Chinese Leyland.

Think that answers that point.

You don't get the snazzy picnic table in the new CRV, cause the spare is inside

My mate tested shed loads of estates, 4x4s & people carriers etc. Odd for a single bloke of 30 with no more need than a drum kit to fit in it and boat loads of motorway miles to do (yes, I've seen the pictures of an S with a drum kit in it... I couldn't sell it to him!).

Of everything he bought, he got his CR-V last Friday. Awaiting reports...
