The last twenty miles or more of road access isn't very good at all

They're keeping well away from the real driving roads in Wales

6000 permanent jobs? Sounds wildly optimistic to me.

On their web site it says they are about to start a round of public consultations (dates already set) in the local towns ahead of formulating a planning application to the local authority. Early days as yet I would say. 6000 local jobs will put a lot of traffic on the local roads I would think and, now the pits are long gone, how green was my valley is back to 'is', not 'was' so they may have some nimbyism to overcome. OTOH jobs are hard to come by in that neck of the woods.

Quite.
I spent a lot of time around there around the time of the Flower Festival site.
It hasn't really changed much has it?

Hard work drinking in the pubs and 'working mens clubs' as an Englishman and not getting glassed.
Managed it though, but many others didnt.

They still eat their young around there dont they?
