That is indeed the Manx. That stage is West Baldwin (close to where I live!) though the TV company had a nasty habit of mixing up the footage, knitting together several stages as if they were all one! I may even have been on the rally committee that year, can't remember but I know Tudor Webasto only sponsored for a couple of years.
