It's not a ****ing GT3. It's a ****ing Carrera. Just because you've bolted on a few aero parts, does not make it a track monster. In fact you've reduced performance by adding weight. Don't be a **** and advertise something as something it's not. You're just going to annoy people.

 

I doubt anyone would be stupid enough to believe him, but i'd report the advert anyway if i could actually see it from work.

 

In fact I've just reported it. GT3 lookalike, I might have let slide.

 

He must've changed it cos the ad looks pretty normal to me...

 

OK, he could do with adding that it's a Carrera with a 'kit in the title, but he clearly states in the ad that the body kit was 'factory fitted'

 

The title says Porsche GT3. And it's not. It's a Carrera. OK most people would know it's not a GT3, but it's still IMHO an outright lie of a title.

One of the main reasons for the rant is I'm sorting of looking at GT3, although not seriously. But almost all adds that turn up on a search for GT3's aren't GT3's, they've just got the kit on, it's really annoying. And this is the worst one I've seen.

 

It's to get people to look - simple as that.

No-one who is genuinely interested and in the market for a GT3 is going to be taken in by - not least because the price is way too low to be for a genuine GT3. If you're daft enough to be taken in by the ad title, you get everything you deserve IMO!

You really do need to start living up to your name, Mark!
