Default Plastic/vinyl dyes

Anyone know a half decent dye for faded plastic (exterior) trim to restore blackness?

I'm after one which chemically alters the plastic, as opposed to just painting it.

My CRV is in desperate needed of sootying, and I fancy a go on my Xbox controllers too.

Agree on Back to Black, used it on an old fiesta ghia's external plastics that had turned very grey.

Came up a treat, nice & black but without being overly shiny / silicone based.

I thought back to back was silcone based? Doesn't it leave a greasy residue?

I tend to use Holt's silicone & rubber lubricant.

It 'freshens up' rubbers, etc so they look darker & newer, but doesn't actually dye them.

I also find washing (the car) with Meg's Gold Class seems to help. It's the carnuaba or wahtever, probably.

I've got Poorboys trim restorer, non silicone based and not greasy. Very good.
