In absolute seriousness setting fire to rubber bushes is normal
practice on truck suspension. Oxy/acet if you have it.

Pete - don't bother unless they are falling to bits.

We've had the e30 polyflexed - mechanic did nothing but complain - he used an oxy acet butrner iirc.

I found these lasted longer than powerflex, definitely tightened the ride up a bit but then again new OE bushes would have done that too.
