Default Problems getting petrol

The last few weeks it's been quite hard to get petrol around here. Since the end of November in fact.

If we're lucky enough that the petrol stations are actually open, they rarely have any super.

Today I tried 4 petrol stations (3 BP's and Sainsburys) looking for super and ended up with standard as the empty light had been on for a while. According to the bloke at BP they haven't had any super for 3 weeks, something to do with problems with the supply from Southampton....

It's really starting to annoy me (govt conspiracy !!), is it localised or is it a general problem?

No problems that I've seen in rural North Yorkshire, North East Lancashire or South East Cumbria...

Could be a BP thing (do they supply Sainsbury's petrol??

Cheers,

Corgi

Hey guys (yes Gaspode finally feeling better, thank you )

Weird - the Shell in Bracknell was also out today, as was the BP in Bracknell. Perhaps it's just this area!

Some issues up here too.

Local Shell regularly has 50% of pumps dry since mid Dec.
