Just got back from 4 days in the Pyrenees on the bike with 7 friends. Unfortunately the camera packed up so no piccies but for those of you thinking of taking either your car or bike in that direction here are some comments:

We travelled by Brittany Ferries from Plymouth to Santander. I've done this many times and the trip was pleasant. Always book a cabin - you will arrive so much more refreshed. If there a group of you with more than one car/bike and you want to share a cabin, get one person to book the cabin and the others to book a reclining seat for
