I had a 3.0 Targa and a 3.2 coupe. The latter is a fair bit quicker than the former. Both are quite a bit quicker than an S.
VTEC effect more pronounced in the 3.0.
If you buy one try to get one with the later 6 speed gearbox. Do not bother with the 4 speed auto.
Both excellent cars, beautifully built just like all Hondas.
Running costs are probably higher than the S but routine servicing is no big expense.
