Not uncommon. Like on a motorway. They put signs and cones out. Normally for road / barrier / armco repairs. Or finding parts of motorbike riders.

Quite common. Like on a mtorway. They put signs and cones out.
I've seen the video from a car that went through a few minutes before, they could have warned the drivers a bit better... Great big arrow then cones on such a quick section.

Very sad to hear that someone is in serious condition after this. However it is treated as a public highway, and people are sadly killed on the roads everyday

Nice to see PissingHeads users living up to my already low expectations once again
