Default S2000 replacement suggestions

I really need to sell my S this summer and get something that i can put a rear facing child seat in.

I've had the S for 5 years now and had another one previous to this so its certainly time for a change.

My requirements are relatively simple. I need to be able to get a rear facing child seat in the car, it needs to be reliable and usable in the winter, it needs to fun to drive on country roads and as fast as the S.

I don't want a hot hatch and i'd probably buy something between one and three years old.

Ideally it should be reasonably economical to run. By that i don't mean cheap as chips but i don't want to be paying porsche main dealer servicing prices.

Currently i can only really think of an 3 series coupe or M3 but i'd appreciate some other suggestions to broaden my horizons.

Suggestions please!

Keep the S and use a forward facing front seat?

Monaro?

The depreciation on these is eye watering, but cracking family car!

Anything M, AMG or RS is going to be Porsche money to run.

335i Coupe could be the tool for the job here.
