That is truly heartless.

Chilled - what do you think he wants for his wheels - lighter than your CLs?

Added today...

Good news..

the C.I.D. officer in charge of the investigation just called me and informed me that he has arrested the suspect.

The guy did not admit of anything, but he was "shaken" when they showed the CCTV footage with his face in.

Now, an expert is going to examine the characteristics of the suspect and the footage and decide if it is the same person. If he is, then it is up to the justice system to take him of the road..

He'll probably get a 250 quid fine and a caution.

Very odd indeed..

MOSCOW (RIA Novosti) - Moscow police are searching for a prolific arsonist believed to be responsible for setting fire to over 20 cars in the past four days in several residential areas, a Russian tabloid reported on Tuesday.

Komsomolskaya Pravda said the spree began last Thursday night, when a number of cars were set on fire in Butovo, southern Moscow. Most of the cars were parked near garbage dumps outside apartment blocks.

The paper quoted a police officer as saying: "We believe that the same culprit was at work in Butovo, Golyanovo, Krylatskoye, Ivanovs

I hope so. I was just being cynical really. What he needs is a good kicking from the owners of the vehicles he torched.
