Secondhand Car Valuation
I'm selling my Volvo S70 and downsizing to a more fuel efficient beater. Whilst I'm aware that I can get a valuation from some websites (eg. RAC), I'm really after the full on info used by the trade. In particular, I'm looking for prices in the good, average and poor condition bands. I've had a look on the Parker's website but am suspicious of their trade in price as this is nearly double what one dealer has offered me ...
Make: Volvo
Model: S70 2.5T (20v Turbo) Automatic
Mileage: 68,000
First Registered: June 1998 (R plate)
Dark Metallic Green (can't remember the correct name), full leather, aircon, cruise control etc.
If anyone have access to trade prices, can they pm me with the details?
Thanks in advance ...

id say have a look through the autotrader - private sales not trade - then pick the cheapest price that is similar to yours - then you can always give them a call and ask if its been sold - most poeple put cars up thinking " i want 10k for it so iwll adversite at 11 " so no harm in asking !
Thanks for those.
As I understand it, the guides quote prices for cars in good, average and poor condition. What are those prices based on, Lloyd?
Also, can someone remind me of the difference between the retail and dealer prices? Presumably dealer means the forecourt sticker price, but what does retail mean?
