The following information has come to you after a longest year of my life all thanks to shinybits.
All the following information is true state of fact that has been deemed by the courts of law. This is not hearsay or slander or any judgment on character and has been passed trough my solicitor before release.
I purchased a exhaust from the above in September 2005 (pictures available please pm me) i attempted to get my money back without the use of the courts, which landed me in court facing a provocation of violence rap of which i did 150 hours community service, I still protest my innocence.
I then took shinybits to small claim court, after an adjournment to consider witness statements, the judge found in my favor in January of this year. The judge found that the exhaust was not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose . Then awarded me the return if the cost of the exhaust (
