Hid he say anything along the lines of 'We may report you to the court for consideration of...' If they gave you a verbal NIP such as this, then they have up to 6 months to issue you the summons.

Otherwise, you got lucky I'd say.

Just the ITR, Spoon exhaust and header have been removed, the Jenvey ITB's are breathing as God intended, should get the BHP figure next week, fear it may be running slightly lean though

 

What ECU was it running with the ITB's?

I suspect they will leave you alone. Probably thought you were a young oik, or stole it

I had a similar incident with an unmarked Octavia but they didnt nick me either.
