Is running cost an issue (including depreciation)?

Former. Before I got my S I was considering an R32 or an older style S3 at the time before realising all I was buying was a weekend car, so why the hell shouldnt I get a 2 seat convertible. My old man had an Accord SE executive and was a great car, and I had always liked the S2000 and after a few test drives I was sold.

The whole R32 thing is visiting my past, whilst it could be an option its by no means a certainty (and girlfriend isnt keen on getting a Golf on steroids, but if Im paying for it, she might not have much choice).

With regard to the earlier question, depreciation and running costs not really an issue. I dont want to drop a left bollock on either, but anything similar to the S or less, thats fine. Afterall Im going to have 2 pieces of street furniture to worry about getting dented and knocked. Taking some solace from the fact I can park them back to back and that limits potential hits!
