Looks like he didn't like the fact that an MX5 was catching his Elise and decided to exceed his limits trying to get away from it

For the last few corners you could see it coming, the Elise was all over the place. Should have just moved over and let him go.

I learned at the 'ring, that no matter what you got, if you aint shaking them after a few corners, just yield and let 'em go by... it aint worth the risk putting yourself under pressure like that... but then the lotus fella knows that now!
