that they are still driving a car wearing illegal plates?

I say this because there must have been a dozen bleating threads about this now

and maybe this thread might finally get through to these numbskulls

we can but hope

by the way, whilst we are on the subject of the bleedin' obvious, you can also be prosecuted for:

speeding
careless driving
bald tyres
no insurance
no MOT
illegal use of foglights
faulty lights

etc
