Default Time for a change

After having my S for over five and a half years, and 58000 fun filled miles, it's time for a change. I still like and enjoy the car, just fancied something different.....but not too different.

So today, I agreed to p/x for a three year old M roadster. I'm still in a 2 seater RWD roadster, still high revving, still noisy....needs to be nosier though, must look at induction kits.

The S2000 has been great. Far better than I expected. 100% reliable. Cheap to run. Consistently made me smile. And still retained nearly 40% of it's value after all that time.

My M roadster should be fun. It's got the 10 speaker hi-fi, autochanger, and heated seats will be helpful for winter time open top driving. Only 9000 miles on it in almost three years - makes you wonder why it was bought in the first place. I'll soon up that

So long, and thanks for all the memories

At least you can drop the roof and enjoy al fresco motoring - ie a PROPER sports car experience. Why you can't even be taxed for it.
Who wants to sit in a pokey little fixed roof two seater on a lovely day?

Rich

I've just remembered you PM'd me some time ago asking about the MR; apologies for not getting back to you.

Anyway, seems you got all the info you needed as you've taken the plunge and bought one

Enjoy

Any pics?

The S can have heated seats also, makes it very nice for winter driving.

Hope you enjoy the M series

There will be in two weeks, once the dealership refurb the alloys and repair a scratch.

It's the wrong colour, but the rest of the spec and the deal made up for that.
