Just been on Tokyou express to try and price/get a price comparison ofr a few things.

I'm sure he is a top guy - Why doesn't he just put some prices on his site!!!

It isn't Peter it is Duncan, it is very difficult to keep on top of prices but however I do see your point.

PJL (Peter) was his biggest customer and wouldn't have had a bad word said. I think the reason Duncan does not put up prices is because he always tries to sort a good price over the phone, if he advertised all at full RRP it may put a few off?

IME phoning for everything on the web is important because you can ALWAYS get a better price over the phone

Still, ballpark figures are relaxing and it would make good use of his site. It also allows people to budget quickly. Then when they phone up. he does a deal and everyone is happy!
