Download yourselves a copy of POIEDIT from hereHere
Once installed, run the program, and skip the wizard - choose Auto Update Manager instead
Select www.pocketgps.co.uk.... from the list in the top left and then UK from the list under that.
Select the POI's you want to download (including the speed camera ones)
Click on subscribe to each one you want to download
Now - whenever you plug your PDA in, it will autoupdate the files (so long as you selected auto update on device sync in setup)
