Thanks guys I'm buying a set of "Yokohama Advan Neova LTS (the LTS is lotus specific) " - should sort the beastie out and then I can see how much faster it is around the twisties

Good man!

You really need to get it back-to-back with an S2000 on new S-02's on a track, in order to sort 'em out!

The S2000 starts four wheel drifting whilst chasing an Elise, which is hilarious. I just managed to keep it between the cones, but it is ticky.

I'm going to be fitting Pagid RS4-2 brake pads F&R at the same time (I wish I didn't have to go to work between times - can't wait to test it all out)

You could do with talking to Andy Walsh @ www.1stlotus.co.uk.
He does a fantastic driving/training day and runs an Elise himself.
He knows the Elise inside out and the best set ups for it, he also gets great deals on tyres for them!
