I agree, my mate parks where ever, right outside nightclubs or the shop he wants to go in. He reckons he hardly ever gets nicked but if he does it is worth it compared to parking down a side street and getting the car stolen or keyed.

when I see the proper expensive cars in london parked up they are rarely parked legally and oddly never get tickets.
Bernie parked his Enzo for well over an hour on a single yellow for lunch and not even a sniff.... any other car around Berkeley square will be pounced on within 5 mins by the wardens

Having now moved into the city it sucks
no nice cars at all. I miss mayfair for that aspect.
