hi all thinking of getting a golf gt tdi 115, are they any good? they seem to be quite rare.

 

Good for taking stuff to the tip/towing trailers and m/way journey's.

You'll get 55+ mpg from them.

Solid cars.

Mum and husband have one-had it for circa 8 years. Had very few issues with it.

 

The septics gripe about modern VW reliability issues.

I dunno whether it's because it's heresy to diss German cars here, or whether they are more picky across the pond, or if there are simply less issues here because of the milder climate.

 

Bora 115 TDi is a stonker, cheaper than the golf too

 

Rare? They are flipping everywhere!

 

The 130 or the 150 PD are far better cars IMO - Both have the same interior as the GTi.

 

yes its a 115 bhp gt tdi thanks for your coments, i have bought it so only time will tell. seems to go ok though. i still got the s2000 as well
