Ah, is it that thing that looks like the lovechild of an Aero 8 and a T350 or Tamora?

I reckon he got that from clicking your photo and seeing the M power v10 pic

Incredibly expensive cars arent they? Any good?

I would have one of those M5s if the gearbox wasnt such shit. Expect they'd be £10k more money in that case though

Here's the complete car. It's a BMW V10 powered Weismann GT MF5:

It looks like an 80's kit car with poorly considered RGA spoilers and Motorist Discount Centre decals.

Very obviously a banker's bonus trinket; an allegedly über-premium lproduct, targeted at those with more money than obvious aesthetic taste.

Wiesmann's were beautifully built. They are seriously quick. I first saw a bunch of them at the Nurburgring where there was a 3 day track day with 1 group of bikes and 10 groups of cars, one of which was entirely Wiesmann. You can read about it here: http://www.bbot.co.uk/ride-reports/n...g-august-2010/

This particular car was a 20th Anniversary edition built in 2009 and put into storage. It has covered 180Km from new. The original owner intended to set up a Wiesmann dealership in Singapore but the deal fell through.

You would need to see it in the flesh to appreciate the build quality. I'm sure a lot were bought by bankers with bonuses but equally a lot were bought by people who really appreciated the performance and handling. See my Nurburgring link in the previous post.
