I think official imports of the "facelifted" UK Type R started in 2003.
Edit - just had a look at the ad and I think they are refering to the colour as being NSX R white.
The car pictured is white, but not The Type R "off white".

The NSX-R was released in 1992 and ran to 1995 IIRC. The second Gen version was released in 2002 and ran until they ceased production all together. As Blurter mentioned, that car isnt a Type-R. Both Type-R's had red race recaro bucket seats, a black roof and no airbags. The new model had a high spoiler and front ducted bonnet. The Ultimate Honda.
