its the vans fault, we have an escort white van and when i drive it a strange force emanates from it causing the driver not to use the mirrors, pull out of side streets without looking, change lanes at will, apex roundabouts, glare at drivers of drop top sports cars and think posing ba*****s.
get back in the honda and . . . . heaven!

somebody wrote on ours "this van is as dirty as my wife"
somebody else underneath "no it isn't"

I'm after a track day car. Guess I'd better add a white van to the list - then I'd pass everything on track!

You might want to see BBC2 at 8pm, Panic Mechanics. There are two teams each with a white Transit van and

And the van doesn't even have to be white.

This morning I pulled out on to the main road started to accelerate when this green builders van decided to pull out from a garage directly in front of me causing me to break sharply.

Thankfully this is on a straight stretch of road so I got by him easily.

The thing that really annoys me was the absolutely clear road behind me. Surely he could have waited 3-4 more seconds before pulling out. What am I saying? He's a van driver.

A thought struck me yesterday, as I was driving up the M23 and avoiding a Renauld van (white) which pulled across to my lane without looking first As I slowed to let him in, then pulled out to overtake, I couldn't help but notive the RenaultF1 sticker in the rear window.

Do you think that Ford has it all wrong? Do you think that their F1 efforts would be more successful, if the team were renamed TransitF1 and the cars painted white?

It happened to me again.

Went out at lunchtime to fill the car up and nip home to watch the match and a bl**dy white van pulls out in front of me forcing me to break. Absolutely clear road behind me.

What is wrong with these people Maybe my car is invisible......nope I can see it as clear as daylight.

Maybe I'll buy my own white van and see how they like it

Nope its red.

I heard that advert - scary but true.

My wife complements me on my ability to notice motorcycles but I think that there are a number of times where they bring it upon themselves - like driving down the middle of queues of traffic at ridiculous speeds.
