The one-lakh (100,000 Rp) car is quite an achievement.

There was also talk of a similar indian hybrid running on a tank of compressed air, that you pump up in the garage. Honest. And no vindaloo jokes, please; it's lukewarm rice that does that.

So there's hope for JLR yet.

2.5 Poxster engine never had 245bhp

 

It actually had 204

 

I was talking 2.7 so yes you are right.

 

Mk1 2.7 had 228bhp and Mk2 2.7 has 241bhp.. according to the gospel that is evo magazine!

Dont think i'd like to get caught at the lights against the Tata, must have quite an impressive power to weight ratio...!!
