Yellow Peugeot 205 GR .......

 

My first car was similar to this:

except mine start off mustard yellow but i had it sprayed navy blue when it was restored.

The car was 21 years old when i started driving at 17.

Passed my driving test 2 months to the day after my birthday having learnt to drive in this car. The chassis rusted through and snapped 2 days after i passed my test.

I then spent the next 8 months stripping it down to the bare chassis and 3 cars into one good one.

Its still driving around now somewhere down south. Wish i'd never sold it.

This isn't the actual car, but mine was white.

Went from this to a Fiesta 1.1 Ghia to a 1983 Fiesta XR2 and back to Morris Minor Saloon (reg 246 VPC), traficators, no seat belts. I rolled this and wrote it off, didn't retain the plate either!
