Default 2001 S2K 2.4L boosted destroyed Diff

Well I took apart my Diff that some of you all heard about me breaking. I had "Officially" been "JINXED" by none other than "RedCelica" and "Mr. Nelson" on here after going out friday night for drinks up in Raleigh...lol thanx guys. And with the three of us talking friday I decided to buy the diff for insurance purposes in case my diff was going to break. So I was on my way to Gander Mountain in Fayetteville Sunday to buy the used Diff from ArchAngel when I turned onto Skibo I accelerated hard in 2nd gear to get across the traffic when there was a loud boom and then grinding and crunching noises. I figured it was the diff as i heard a low pitch whining in the diff the day before driving back from Florence, SC. So when I disassemble the diff I was surprised to see the caps were still intact with no cracks and the drive pinion had broke and the pieces of the gear went through the diff and obviously broke it apart. So due to all if this I am now saving my money to get an inline pro diff kit and resolve this issue from happening in the future. Oh and here is a short video of what I found after a can of brake cleaner to clean it up.

Yeah but he made a mistake and typed too fast I guess, either way if it was an AP2 I would have had to send it to PuddyMod to change it to a AP1 flange to bolt up to mine. There have different input flanges

What kind of power are you making? Just curious as i'm wondering if my diff. will survive drag radials and boost.
