Default 2002 S2000 - only 520 miles?

Just ran across this advertised on the Wilmington Craigslist.

Just wondering how anyone could own an S2000 for 6 years and only put 530 miles on it.

Anyone know who this would be?

Damn. A very decent price too...considering.

But how the hell can you only drive 530 miles in 6 years??

That's only 88 miles a year... That's not even a fill'd tank each year.

Maybe the current owner got sick or something?? Life changed? Who knows. Sad for the owner...great for whoever buys it.

And to think...my '02 just turned 123k miles.

Wow! Mileage wise that valvetrain hasn't even been broken in yet... I would def. change ALL the fluids in her before I really drove anywhere. Interesting find though

I just had to post again to say that's a pristine S2000. I hope no one buys it for another 4 months. I sooooo want another AP1.

Awesome find indeed. That S2K could possibly be a museum piece if kept in that condition.

How in the world would they be able to keep gasoline fresh in the gas tank for that long?

eh... all that old fluid stuff wouldn't matter to me. I'd buy it, syphon the old gas out, put some fresh gas in, and BAM 300,000miles+ of AP1 S2000 greatness.

Keep that beauty until forever... (yeah, right, someone would run into it and total it). Damn you, dream world meets reality world!
