its about the same thing. but i need to get the image i have turned into a stitch file. it only needs to be done once. then every hat after that will use the same file. then its just the cost of the hat ($19)

Nathan...when you get a chance, PM me your contact #. What I need to do is have you guys wash the hat in hot water FIRST, then do the embroidery work... My hat is badly wrinkled after the wash because the embroidery "holds" the original shaping of the hat...however, if I could get the hat SHRUNK first, then embroidered...you see where I'm going with this...

Also, FlexFit...they make the S-M...do they make the same size with a "lower profile" arch part...

Here are some ideas...I think the issue is that the hat is a "TRUCKERS CAP" and that gives a much larger "head" or "arch" over the head... (not sure if that makes sense)...

Check out these links...

These seem to be a "lower profile" hat...

I think that is a good idea for the club gear.

Im still working on the low pro hat. Cindy told me that after checking into it she noticed that was the lo pro. there is another brand of fitted hat im going to look into. its is the low pro style you are talking about.
i have to make a phone call and find out the brand then i will ask Cindy if she can get it. i will keep you all posted.
