Having just relocated to Charlotte, I am looking for a good alignment place. I just put new rear tires on recently and I am seeking optimal wear patterns. Please post if you know anyplace good.

Discount Tire on South Blvd. has replaced my tires and done a nice job on the alignment both times. Decent price too. Best of all, they don't fuss when I insist on driving her onto the rack myself.

Thanks for the welcome. I will have to check out Dicount Tire, they sound cool. I hope to make it to some local events as soon as I get settled. Between work and the move from MA, things have been a little crazy. Happy holiday weekend!

 

I like Discount tire but the one i go to told me they didnt do alignments. they said ALMAR inc. was the place to go. he charged me $55 but told me next time it would be more cause its a B*tch to do. i plan on going back despite the upped price. ALMAR is in the yellow pages.

 

I work at Discount Tire in the charlotte area, and we dont do alignments. All though I took my STi to ALMAR auto and they did a great job. The owner is cool as hell too. PS, I just bought an s2000 so I am new to this whole world. If you have any questions or need some tires let me know, always willing to help out car guys. Thanks.

 

yep, the owner BSed with me for about 2 hrs then knocked off $5 for nothing. What Discount tire do you work at, i will drop in.
